POLICIES

  1. If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment there will be a $25 charge.

  2. If you're a new client you will be charged the cost of service if you no call no show.

  3. If you no call no show to your appointment, a laser service will be subtracted from your package. Any other treatments will have to be
    prepaid in the future. If it happens more than once you will no be allowed to reschedule (even if you have treatments left in your package.)

  4. If you come in tan/burnt (on the area being treated) your session will still be redeemed but you will NOT be treated that day. You will have to wait 3 weeks after sun exposure (and remain out of the sun for 3 weeks) If you have no more sessions you will be charged the
    price of the session. 

  5. There will be a $10 Fee PER razor if you
    do not shave the day of treatment

  6. If you are put on a new medication or supplement, it is your responsibility to check with your pharmacist or Erica to make sure
    its not photosensitive. Please call Erica at
    518-309-4223 to discuss.

  7. Persons with a history of herpes/cold sores/ fever blisters; it is up to you to secure a prescription for a prophylactic prior to treatment.

  8. Prices are as listed and no additional discounts given if more than one area is purchased.

  9. Once the package is used, the current pricing is what you will be expected to pay.

  10. Packages cannot be transferred to someone
    or refunded.
